    Do you happen to know that, you can lose all your pregnancy weight by only breastfeeding? Even, you could be slimmer than your pre-pregnancy time. I did nothing but only breastfed my baby and now i am slimmer than before. Of course caring for a baby burns calories, that counts too :)

    So, if you want to lose your pregnancy weight, keep breastfeeding your baby :) I have a few friends who lost pregnancy weight while they were breastfeeding. They didn't do any extra workout or something.

    I didn't believe this at first, but after my pregnancy was over, i couldn't be surprised more as i lost weight only by breastfeeding. plus, of course, caring for a newborn is a good body workout.

    If you plan to exercise to lose your pregnancy weight, forget about it :) As you may not find time to work out. While caring for your baby, you will have exercised already.

    I gained 15 kg when i was pregnant and i lost all my pregnancy weight while i was breastfeeding. As breastfeeding uses up calories, you loose weight while you are breastfeeding.
